district clerk’s office is the office of record for all criminal and civil proceedings heard in the 106th
Judicial District Court. This includes personal injury, contract, real estate, and consumer lawsuits; all divorces, child
support and custody cases; as well as tax collection cases; and felony criminal cases.

However, due to the COVID-19 health crisis,
we will temporarily serve the public from behind closed doors.
Little business can be done in person at the courthouse.
But, we can provide service through regular mail, email, eFile and over the phone, depending on your business to be done
with this office.
